Our Team values strong communication. We pride ourselves on return calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner. During office hours, there is always a live person to answer your call. Community notices, website portal, email blast, violation letters, balance reminders, and work orders are just a few sources of communication we offer. The relationships our team builds with Board Members, Homeowners, Vendors, CPA’s and Attorneys are crucial for our success as well as the success of the Association.
Vendors
Vendors must submit a current W9 and Certificate of Insurance for each Association they will be working for. All invoices must be emailed to payables@cmproperty.com for Board approval. If not, payment processing could be delayed.
Resale & Questionnaire Request
Resale Requests and Questionnaires are easily accessible when selling or refinancing your home. You can contact our Office Manager, Karen at karen@cmproperty.com to obtain further information regarding documents and payment.
