Communication

Our Team is notorious for communication. We strive to return calls and emails in an efficient and timely manner. During office hours, there is always going to be someone to answer your call. Community notices, violation letters, balance reminders, and work order approvals are just a few sources of communication we offer. The relationships our team builds with Board Members, Homeowners, Vendors, CPA’s and Attorney’s are crucial for our success.

Vendors

Vendors must submit a current W9 and Certificate of Insurance for each Association they will be working for. All invoices will be sent to payables@cmproperty.com for Board approval.

Resale & Questionnaire Request

Resale Requests and Questionnaires are easily accessible when selling or refinancing your home. You can contact our Office Manager, Karen at k.hensel@cmproperty.com to obtain further information regarding documents and payment.
